1. Platform Role

AXIO acts as a technology platform facilitating connections between Property Managers and independent Tradespeople.

AXIO is not the employer of any tradesperson and does not directly provide maintenance services.

2. User Accounts

Users must:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

• Comply with all applicable laws

AXIO reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations.

3. Job Allocation

Job allocation is based on defined system logic, including:

• Experience levels

• Service category

• Availability

AXIO does not guarantee job volume.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Property Managers agree to:

• Pay call-out fees when required

• Approve and pay invoices after service completion

Tradespeople agree to:

• Accept payment splits as defined by platform commission structure

AXIO may deduct platform fees automatically via Stripe Connect.

5. Disputes

Service disputes must first be resolved between Property Manager and Tradesperson.

AXIO may assist in mediation but is not liable for service quality.

6. Limitation of Liability

AXIO is not responsible for:

• Service outcomes

• Independent contractor actions

• Indirect or consequential damages
